5M Construction Corporation is a family run business and was founded by five brothers. The company was incorporated in March 1992. We are a General Contractor and our corporate office is situated at 888 N. Marine Corps Drive, Star Building, Suite 214 (2nd Floor), Tamuning, Guam.
Our operations began by building residential homes. We saw a need for a highly skilled workforce to provide reliable and quality construction to facilitate the infrastructure development in Guam. One significant purpose why we were formed was to assist local workers and hire highly skilled workers from the Philippines.
Our main objective on every project, regardless of size; is to provide each customer superior work that is accomplished on-time, at a price that is fair and reasonable. We firmly believe that this understanding and commitment will nurture and facilitate our continued growth and development for many years to come.
